• • • They are recruited into online group mentoring program where they meet mentors once a month.
    • Usually takes 6 month- One phone call/month
    • Joint Mentors- mentees retreat on vacation -mentoring extension organized once a year
    • Goal-prepare mentors who would help in mentoring others in the community and co-facilitators/organizers of annual youth mentoring summit

Target Group: Students in our mentoring program joining College/University.
